: .......are any of the many knowledgable posters familiar with 'multisilver 2 in 1' underlayment and it's installation??????.........no install sheet came with the material so i am guessing here........the material has a foil facing on 3mm foam and about 2" of overlap is left on one edge but there is no adhesive strip.........i assume that the overlap is taped to the next strip of underlay but i don't know if duct tape is acceptible and if not what is the approved tape.........it would seem that the foil surface would go down, but that would mean that the foam edges would have to be taped, is this correct????........thanx for any instruction.........best wishes
