We've had G. in two homes...both times by choice, and we've LOVED it. It cleans up with vinegar/water, never gets waxed and is EXTREMLY durable, refreshed every few years by being buffed with a plastic screen and recoated.

Bad news however is that some states are prohibiting its use(CA)...too "toxic-fumie" when installed. Contractor has to follow safety precautions and you must stay out of the house for at least 24-48 hrs. We've been told that it stops out-gassing as soon as it's dry. (?)

What I'd like to know is weather I can use any of the "swifter" floor cleaning products.I guess I'll call the company we've used, Berlin Floors, in Boulder, CO and ask tomorrow. They'd be a good "disinterested" party to ask if the other two products are = to G.

Good Luck
