I am wondering about the feasability of using screws instead of blind nailing to install strip flooring 3/4x2 1/4. My sub floor is 3/4 pine diagonal to the joists covered with 3/4 particle board. I plan on using grabber screws through to the pine. Am I asking for trouble?
