I had Eterna Maple flooring installed within the last month. The installer caused many boards to have small cracks in the ends and now those cracks are expanding the length of the boards - I keep finding more every day. I've had a terrible time dealing with the local store in Northern Virginia (an Eterna certified dealer) and need to know if there is a local Eterna factory representative who will look at my floor and determine my recourse. I can't find a website to contact Eterna directly.
