Installing laminate over linoleum and carpet

I am in the process of installing laminate in our house. I am going to pull up the carpet, but leave the linoleum down. Is there anyway to lay the laminate without using a reducer? I have the transition areas in several areas and wanted to avoid have the reducers visible throughout the house. Help!
