Swedish Glitza floor finish

Help! The contractor who applied a Glitza finish on our oak floor made a horrid mess of it. Apparently newspaper was put on the floor before it cured resulting in black marks all over the floor, impossible to remove.
How is Glitza removed for refinishing?
