If you forgot or neglected the strict subfloor specs, the T&G may be damage beyond repair from the floor flexing too much.
There is a reason it is separating. Usually installation related.
Lack of proper acclimation to a real dry climate can cause it too. Laminate is real touchy! It has strict specs or it fails!
