the only thing i see for you is a large format {20x20} porcelain tile set with the smallest grout joint possible and than use an epoxy grout. urine will always remain on top of the tile and grout for the absorbtion rate of these two products is very very low, so you just need to make it a habit of cleaning up quickly.
