it's interesting that the box says "Nail Down installation", but the instructions inside the box say nail down or glue down.

They do that to save printing expenses. A totally separate installation sheet for nail down only, would make the flooring cost more. One installation guide, that covers everything, is more cost effective. They expect the installer to know what can and can't be done with a solid, but just in case they put "Nail Down Only" on the box, to remind them!!!
